Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at eCornell University, and he speaks at events around the world teaching people about the importance of the plant-based movement.

Joanna Gandiza

Joanna ‘Tropical Lady’ Gandiza is an author, certified health coach and consultant with a Masters in Engineering and BS in Earth Science from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as Master’s Degree in Health Promotion from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.  She also co-founded the Plant-Based Society and earned a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from the T. Ellen is a best-selling vegan cookbook and health and fitness author, as well as a sought-after speaker at vegfests, foodfests, health fairs, book festivals and many other venues. She has published 6 books with the oldest and largest vegan publisher in the US, and is currently working on a 7th. Her books include the popular Eat Vegan on $4 a Day, Vegan Fitness for Mortals, Vegan for One, and Vegan Sex.

Dr. Michael Greger

Dr. Greger is a physician, New York Times bestselling author, and internationally recognized speaker on nutrition, food safety, and public health issues. A founding member and Fellow of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, Dr. Greger is licensed as a general practitioner specializing in clinical nutrition. He is a graduate of the Cornell University School of Agriculture and Tufts University School of Medicine.
